Abstract
Most of the modern manufacturing industry is operating upon a continuous production line with numerous working processes, while the time of each process can not be identical either in theory or in reality. The working load is bound to be different. This thesis aims to address this problem by applying the production line balancing to the bottom gluing process of paint shops to improve the efficiency and ensure the smooth linkage, upon scientific workload research and time testing.
