Research on exploration of centralized management mode of government-invested projects in Shenzhen Municipality

With the further reform in our country´s government-invested construction projects, especially in the practice domain, local governments and related functional departments conduct more and more explorations and innovations. This paper will take the practice of the centralized management mode of the government-invested projects in Shenzhen Municipality as research objects. The research will focus on the establishment of the investment control environment and the function arrangement, management mode, and to make a summary of practice, in order to provide guidance for further research.
