The heat balance study on regional second-hand commercial residential industry

The paper, starting from the analysis of the second-hand residence transactional type indicator of Tianjin city, through large quantity of statistical work, adopts the method of heating analysis graphics in analyzing in depth the heat balance situation of the second-hand residence of various areas of Tianjin. It intuitively discovers the developing trend of regional residence transactional market and the heating level of residential market. The results show that heat analysis diagram method is a simple and intuitive, fast and effective method of real-estate regional balance analysis, and its conclusions are reliable, which can provide important information and policy supports for the government, the economists, consumers and real estate developers.
