  • Abstract
    On the basis of AHP of the fuzzy consistent judgment matrix, we can directly determine the ideal priority vector by a general formula for solving the fuzzy judgment matrix priority vector, so we will omit many unnecessary intermediate links, cut the calculating amounts, and it´s easy to understand and operate, otherwise it´s convenient to use and generalize. We can do some theoretical explorations for practical application by establishing the model of the government procurement tenders.
