Abstract :
In the design for Energy Efficiency of Residential Buildings in Hot Summer and Cold Winter Zone, with uniformity principle, an index - cost-effectiveness ratio has been constructed to decide which Energy Efficiency measures are optimal in the view of economy and Energy Efficiency. The residential environment simulation software DeST - has been used to simulate a six-storey residential building in Sichuan Nanchong city, and 23 cost-effectiveness ratios for 23 different energy Efficiency modes have been calculated respectively and the best choices can be made easily.
