Abstract :
This paper introduces distributed computer control for penicillin fermentation industrial production. The computer control system is a distributed control system designed by ourselves. The fuzzy-PI mixed control is used for the control of pH and the operation guide control is used for control of substrate-feeding. The distributed control system of penicillin fermentation has been applied to 15 sixty-ton penicillin fermentors in Jiang Xi Dong Feng pharmaceutical plant for about two years and a notable economic benefit is obtained
