Abstract
Bluetooth is a low cost, low power; short-range radio technology intended to transfer data between cell phones, PDAs and other portable devices. Bluetooth is also used as a medium for voice communication between cell phones. This paper aim is to develop an application that allows a user to make use of mobile phones enabled with Bluetooth and PC´s connected over local area network (LAN) in order to communicate with other user who is out of Bluetooth´s range.
