Abstract :
The accuracy of prediction is the target of single prediction model in which the forecasting validity has rarely been discussed. In this paper, the authors have researched the grey-exponential smoothing prediction model and put forward weighted combination forecasting model based on the maximum average value of prediction accuracy in forecasting interval about single prediction. Moreover, the optimal calculation model of linear programme has been posed to determine weighting coefficients. The forecasting accuracy of mining safety prediction has been improved by using the model to study the rate of mortality in mining accidents in China. The model is intuitive, simple and has higher value of practical application.
