Abstract :
The experiment results of continuous wave (CW) and Q-switching running laser using semiconductor laser pumped Yb:YAG crystal have been achieved. The internal cavity second-harmonic generation of laser diode pumped Yb:YAG crystal has been obtained with a LBO and a stable green light of 515 nm has been output.
