Abstract
To be adapted for and promote building industrialization, the research of prefabricated rectangular open caisson working well during pipe jacking was carried out. In the background of the first open caisson working well, strain test was carried out on the cast-in-situ region and horizontal butt seam region of prefabricated structure. In the sinking working condition, anti-tensile checking of the prefabricated structure was implemented, took into account the prestressed reinforcement. In the jacking working condition, cast-in-situ open caisson working well was computed by ANSYS. The testing date in contrast with the calculation results, strength and changing trend was analysed in the cast-in-situ region and horizontal butt seam region of prefabricated open caisson working well. The results show that strength of the cast-in-situ region and horizontal butt seam region satisfied the engineering requirements. In two regions of the prefabricated structure, the continuation was better. The structure of the prefabricated open caisson working well was reliable.
