Abstract :
The dynamic contact voltage of electromagnetic relays are measured in the paper. Both its statistics characteristic and its time sequence characteristic are studied in detail. Based on these characteristics, the failure diagnostics parameters are determined in the light of principle factor method and the failure prediction model of the electrical contact and are set up in accordance with the time sequence prediction and fuzzy method. By the model, the characteristic parameters of the contact failure can be predicted as can the contact reliability of the relay.
