Abstract :
Hybrid filter banks A/D converters systems allow wide-band, high frequency conversion. This paper proposes a method to design the synthesis bank with IIR filters from the knowledge of the analysis bank. For the considered analysis bank consisting of simple resonators, results show that IIR synthesis filters require fewer coefficients than FIR synthesis filters for equal HFB performances
