Abstract :
Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) is a rectangular multi-carrier modulation scheme. It can resist intersymbol interference and interchannel interference effectively. And for adopting channel estimation its´ performance is improved greatly. The algorithm of singular value decomposition (SVD) has been used to estimate the channels in OFDM. The OFDM system module has been constructed in MATLAB Simulink platform. It is proved that the bit error ratio of the system is decreased and the performance of the system is improved using the algorithm of SVD.
