Abstract :
Wireless sensor network is very useful technology for real-time slope health monitoring under remote and hostile environments. We design a 3-level of wireless sensor network hierarchy which consists of data collection layer, data transmission layer and remote safety monitoring center. Data collection layer includes information collection nodes, route nodes and coordinate nodes. Data collection layer constitutes safety monitoring data collection network of slope on site. Data transmission layer is comprised of GPRS/CDMA data transmission equipment which can access internet network. Remote safety monitoring center is Web background management system which includes such subsystems as monitoring data preprocessing, remote operation, remote management of collection equipment, warning publishing, user management and etc. The main contents include network hardware and network software. The system is digital from intelligent detection, transmission, reception to analyzing and can realize remote real-time collection and safety transmission. The system can provide reliable data for slope health diagnosis, warning issuing and safety precautions.
