Abstract

Emergency rescue capability of the production accident directly related to the accident control and the people´s life safety, the scientific and reasonable emergency capability evaluation mechanism established, promoting the emergency management to the higher level, According to the characteristics of the enterprise´s production accident and analysis on the enterprise emergency capability, evaluation model of the enterprise production accident emergency capability established with the butterfly catastrophe theory. the comprehensive emergency capability evaluated, provide quantitative basis for the emergency capability construction.
