In this paper, inductive inference and statistical induction methods are used to solve the hot topic of coordinated development of economy, society and ecology. The paper presents the evolution path of regional economy and the opportunities and challenges which Shandong province is facing under the development of economic globalization. By analysis, a conclusion can be drawn from the paper that to achieve the goal of coordinated development of economy, society and ecology. On the basis of these analyses, the three-dimensional model of Shandong province´s economy, society and ecology is constructed. In the end, the way and countermeasures to achieve coordinated development are presented: the regional innovation system should be accelerated; the policy for strategic decision support system of regional development should be improved; the regional development and warning and forecasting system should be established.
