Abstract :
The purpose of undergraduate education is to cultivate talents, and the science and technology contests train the students with problem solving skills and gain the knowledge outside the textbook. We analyze the current existing problems in the aspects of education system, students and facility; and propose some feasible suggestions to better our education system and maximum exert the effect of the contest. Moreover, our contest-oriented practical trainings are introduced. It is hoped that our experience will offer beneficial reference to the reform of education system, and promote the development of science and technology contest.
