This paper establishes the teaching quality index system of tourism management in undergraduate education by using the Delphi analysis with the several rounds of interviewing. This index system is on the basis of three hierarchies, including the first layer, the criterion layer and the index layer. There are 5 items in the first layer, 15 items in the criterion layer and 42 items in the index layer. Through percentile weighting method to calculate the importance of indicators, the basis weights provide scientific and rational monitoring. This Index System will guide teaching quality control into a normal state and strengthen the standardized management of the teaching process.
