By analysis on the problems in the industrial injury insurance and accident prevention mechanism, the introduction of risk assessment for rate mechanism improvement was proposed, and on this basis, the perfection of industrial injury insurance and accident prevention mechanism was discussed. The enterprise industrial injury risk was divided into industry risk and individual risk, and assessed and graded separately. It was taken as the basis for determination and adjustment of trade discrimination rates and floating rates, to guarantee the high relevance between the rate and the enterprise security condition, and strengthen the feedback function of industrial injury insurance to the enterprise security, which is of great significance for the establishment of industrial injury insurance and accident prevention mechanism that fits the conditions of China.
