Abstract
According to the inter-regional cooperation and multi-industry characteristics of group enterprise, a performance evaluation indicators system of group enterprise has been established with implementing the process safety responsibility. Based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Mathematics theory, a performance evaluation model for work safety responsibility of group enterprise as main body has been constructed by the linear adding weight model, in order to performance evaluation the subsidiary company and group safety responsibility as main body. Finally, a case study is analyzed in details. The example showed that this model is suitable to group enterprise´s performance evaluation and provides a new idea for group enterprise´s performance evaluation in work safety responsibility as main body and it also has great reference value for safety management of enterprise.
