  • Abstract
    Above-IC high-Q (1100) Lamb wave resonators are proposed to replace classical off-chip SAW resonators and LC components to increase the resolution of continuous-time bandpass delta-sigma modulators. Moreover, these resonators are suitable for co-integration with BAW technology and thus make possible highly integrated digital architectures which simultaneously include BAW antenna filters and IF resonators.
