  • Abstract
    There are many risk factors to be indentified, evaluated and responsed during the design stage of the construction project. Combined with the character of the construction project designing, this paper analyzed the importance of the risk management and the whole risk factors related with the project owner, designer, the consult company and the environment. A scientific risk evaluation index system and the correspondent model has been constituted based on the method of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. A great bridge construction project was used as a case study to be evaluated through the model. And some countermeasures were provided for the risk management of the construction project during the design stage.
