After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
To implement ERP is one of the principal means to enhance the core competitiveness of SMEs. However,during the implementation process, Chinese SMEs don´t have a high success rate. In this case, the paper firstly identifies the key issues of SMEs ERP implementation, and further suggests the countermeasures which should been taken in the implementation process, and I hope it will provides references for the successful implementation of ERP in Chinese SMEs.
