    Job burnout can result in mental and physical exhaustion of the crew of ocean-going work, which influences the enthusiasm of the seamen and is not conducive to the development of shipping industry and maritime team stability. The specific factors are probe into in this paper from four aspects affecting the offshore crew burnout. The survey results are analyzed by AHP. The consequence shows job stress and interpersonal relationships are more significant on the offshore crew burnout effects. Based on the analysis, the prevention and control measures are provided at last, so as to control and solve the burnout problems of ocean crew effectively.
