After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

College students are the pillars of the future society, who will determine the tendency of our society in the coming days to the most extent. Whether college students´ psychology is healthy or not may not only be influential in their own learning and growth, but also vital to the whole society. It is an important period for the youth to shape their sound healthy personality during the four-year college life, and the humanistic quality is the core of a good personality. Thus, it is the key for all the colleges and universities to research the establishment of college students´ mental health under the goals of humanistic quality mental health under the goals of humanistic quality.
