We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Studies show that aerobic exercise can significantly improve the functional status of the body and enhance the body resistance to diseases. There are controversial such as exercise time, period knowledge, movement pattern. We choose male colleges as an ordinary object and make body composition, blood as an indicator so that we research the effect on the lipid metabolism under the different aerobic running exercise program. We would have to find which kind of aerobic exercise program is good for the prevention and improvement lipid metabolism.
