Abstract :
A new electronically tunable current-mode high-Q bandpass filter employing second-generation current controlled conveyor (CCCII)-based first-order all-pass filters is presented. The proposed filter uses only three CCCIIs, one current-controlled resistor and two grounded capacitors. The center frequency (¿c) and the quality factor (Q) can be independently adjusted through the bias current of the CCCII and current-controlled resistor. The Q-value is also temperature independent. The proposed configuration is very attractive for monolithic form. The performances of the proposed circuit are simulated with PSPICE to confirm the presented theory.
