The setting is one parts of integrated culture value which has important culture meaning. During the course of forming, the setting has many connection with the city which having formed existed significance. The Place is the core of Phenomenology of Architecture and the Phenomenology of Architecture has discussed the meaning and essence from angle of relation between human, building and environment in order to find out the "Genius Loei". As the example of conservation and planning of Xi\´an Tang King Market, this article analyzed the setting\´s conservation and meaning from the angle of Phenomenology of Architecture through the clue which included by Place forming and human\´s experience. This article draw the conclusion that the setting\´s Conservation is the expression of "Genius Loei".
