  • Abstract
    In order to further optimize the system of university faculties training and development, create a rich learning environment, and improve the effectiveness of faculties training and development, we construct a system of faculties training and development based on learning organization. Then the features of this process are described at micro level and meso-level and the necessity for constructing this model is expounded in order to providing useful guidance for the faculties training and development. Finally, specific measures ensuring its fulfillment is presented, which are: establish shared vision to continuously motivate university faculties to realize self-surpassing and increase their innovation; improve mentality and take care of the relationship between talents introduction and cultivation; encourage group-learning to promote transfer of achievements; think systematically and perfect the management mechanism.
