Abstract
The network is not only a new kind of medium of communication, but also a platform for citizens to participate in political activities, which promotes China´s democratic process. The network plays an active role, but some negative effects also come together. Only through continuously improving corresponding laws, institutions and network public opinion response mechanisms as well as upgrading of the quality of Internet users, can we successfully guide public opinion through the network, and then effectively promote social stability and harmony.
