  • Abstract
    The foundation of Optimal Routing Path (ORP) has been proposed with the introduction of cluster-based approach for mobile cellular networks in this paper. The computations of all possible candidate paths and thereby, selection of the least congested path is done by cluster-heads only. Significant reduction of backtracking has been achieved resulting in optimization of the incurred time delay.
