Abstract :
12 RC rectangular columns of frame by high-strength steels with different areas stirrups were investigated in this paper. Based on the test results of columns of frame, the correlation of two-way shear strength of rectangular columns of frame with different areas stirrups on two principal axes was presented and calculation formula was obtained and experimental results are compared with calculation results. It is indicated that the correlation accords with the ellipse law, and the calculation formula in this paper can be used to calculate two-way shear strength of RC columns of frame of high-strength steels with different areas stirrups.
