  • Abstract
    Asp.Net2.0 is one of the popular technologies for web design, and has a good performance through the integration with the Microsoft SQL Server database. The author is based on the General-Purpose,and adopts some methods including the document analysis and the interview survey to collect the three-dimensional and dynamic information about the teachers, students and administers in order to guild the system function design of the platform. Then, the author develops the General-Purpose Online Course Platform which bases on Asp.Net technology. And the platform achieves the functions what Web-based Courses platform should have such as the creation and management of online courses, student management, operations management, team learning, online Q & A and so on. So the platform can well support that teachers (not related technology-based) are very simple and easy to develop and manage their online course and students also will be more effective and efficient participation in E-learning.
