Abstract :
Drafting the topological graph of the transduction network characteristics of non-small cell lung cancer signal by Pajek software, analyzing the characteristic quantities such as node degree, clustering coefficient and betweens that construct the complicated system, seeking the key regulating locus (or the local regulating center) that regulates the proliferation and apoptosis of tumor cells, utilizing the regulating system of signal transduction will declare the apoptosis-induced local regulating center to be mostly FADD, Cytc, P53 and CASP3, CASP8, CASP7 , CASP9 of the caspase family, the apoptosis-resistant local regulating center to be mostly PI3K PKB/Akt and the cell-proliferating local regulation center mostly to be Raf. The main target of apoptosis induction would be TRAIL, Fas-L, TNFou IL-L ATR, ATM and Apaf-1. And the main regulating target of apoptosis resisting inhibition and proliferating inhibition would be EGF, NGF, TGFalpha and IL-3. Inhibiting the over-expression of cell proliferation is also an effective curing method.
