Abstract :
This paper presents an analysis of frequency characteristics of a choke-input-type diode rectifier circuit on a three-phase rectangular-voltage-fed distribution system and the selection of a frequency of the rectangular voltage. Moreover, a choke coil and a dc smoothing capacitor in the rectifier circuit are designed. The effectiveness of the analysis has been confirmed by experiments using the 2.4 kW prototype.
