  • Abstract
    A new switched-capacitor (SC) transformer is presented whose output voltage is nearly equal to the difference between the two input voltages. An AC-DC prototype power converter using the proposed SC transformer is built and tested. The experimental and numerical results of the circuit are presented and discussed
