Abstract
SOA is an ideal solution for resolving the interoperation, adaptation, incorporation, and dynamic requirements satisfaction problems of information services in e-government. Construction and test Web service solution for e-government is becoming more and more important for e-government adoption. In this paper, the construction of Web service solution for e-government is analyzed while WSDL provides the syntactic description of a single service; OWL-S gives the semantic description for the services and their relationship in e-government. The transformation from the Web service solution for e-government to semantic HPN is discussed. The process is analyzed and tested based on the relationship represented by OWL-S and its equivalent semantic HPN automatically.
