Abstract :
In this paper, the CAE model of the car is established, and the frontal crash simulation analysis as the national evaluation criterion is completed. These parameters in crash course for evaluating safe of vehicle, such as accelerations of car body, are analyzed The DOE (Design of experiment) method is proposed to study Automotive Safety by intuitive analysis, analysis of variance and significance analysis, in order to get the most optimal test program The results show that the acceleration of body had been reduced obviously, vehicle´s crashworthiness had been strengthened, and vehicle´s safety had been enhanced compared with original program The effective instruction for the automobile front crash safe design and improvement had been provided.
