Abstract :
This paper features the concept, design and realization of a printed dipole near the third resonance with a reflector plate, which has a higher gain than a conventional printed dipole on the first or the second resonance and is convenient for application in phase scanned arrays and in signal processing antennas. Excellent agreement between theoretical and measured results has been obtained.
