Abstract :
Concurrent engineering (CE) is an engineering design philosophy which focuses an integrated concurrent engineering system (CES), with experts from domains related to a product life cycle, and a large number of computer-aided tools are integrated together according to the CE philosophy through computer communication networks. The computer supported cooperative work (CSCW) based architecture of CES is studied in this paper
