Abstract :
The method which road traffic volume deduces OD matrix is simple and operable to forecast one-way road traffic volume. Taking the example of Hongqi Street commerce area where traffic is very congested, the traffic organization design scheme is brought forward. By contrast, the result indicates that the vehicle speed improved and the vehicle delay decreased significantly after the one-way traffic is put in practice.
