Abstract :
In this paper, structure concepts of linear constant and time-varying neutral type interconnected iterative systems are established, and interconnected convergence is studied based on frequency equivalence method and comparison principles which are given by Liu Yongqing. Meanwhile, preliminary estimation of the structure perturbation range is also given
