Abstract
In this paper, the fuzzy logic model is proposed to evaluate the outage cost for textile industries in case of planned and unplanned outage which planned outage are interruptions prearranged before seven days and unplanned outage is any interruption in the generation, transmission, or distribution of energy which is not notice. Electrical cost and industrial categories are selected for input membership function of fuzzy logic model. The simulate results from fuzzy logic model found that unplanned outage higher than planned outage. Finally, unplanned and planned outages of up stream industry are higher than middle stream and down stream industry, respectively.
