  • Abstract
This paper analyses a scheme of a dynamic channel selection process providing a flexible use of the frequency spectrum of an indoor cellular environment. The control of this system is decentralised and the capacity allocation is dependent on the traffic density, it handles each time. The system can manage temporarily traffic fluctuations and can be expanded easily. The shape of the cellular areas is assumed to be cubic. Each radio fixed part is placed in different sites of each cell. The performance analysis of this simulation is examined by the channel availability, resource blocking, carrier to interference ratio and handover mechanisms. The system´s performance is compared with the DECT standards
