Abstract
This paper studies the research in the area of expert system, case-based reasoning and Bayesian network, which resulted in a development model of the knowledge expertise system for air traffic services. This paper also introduces how a model process can be constructed, explored and explained. The purposed model is not only able to create a new model for store and retrieve the specific knowledge on computer processing, but also to support the expert´s knowledge for air traffic controller and to operate in the area of air traffic services. The benefits of these purposes are to create the new innovation for enhancing the decision support for knowledge expertise, to increase the scale of productivities, and to highly benefit the pioneer who uses this approach.
