Abstract :
Classification of aggregation functions on bounded partially ordered sets is introduced and discussed, and its impact on classification of aggregation functions on bounded chains, especially on real intervals, is shown. As particular cases, disjunctive and conjunctive aggregation functions are given, as well as three types of averaging aggregation functions. Several examples are included.
