Abstract
A single-chip 44 V H-bridge pulse-width-modulating (PWM) motor controller and driver circuit capable of delivering 6 A of load current is described. Innovative features such as fully integrated charge pumps, low-loss current sensing and PWM capability simplify and reduce the cost of more drive systems. The authors describe the chip and the choice of PWM control method used in the implementation
