  • Abstract
    The principles, construction, error analysis and insite measurement results of the digitized pressure difference meter are presented. It measures gas pressure differences by measuring by ultrasonic means the depths of columns of liquid. Its accuracy measured by the China National Institute of Metrology in the range of 0-120 mm is 0.03%
