Abstract :
In order to facilitate the development of hybrid powertrain controller and build a test environment, a hardware-in-the-loop simulation system is developed based on Virtual instrument technology. The system is constructed with LabVIEW RT and Embedded PC. And a rapid prototyping controller is tested both on this HIL simulation system and test bench. The comparison results between simulation and bench test show that the hardware-in-the-loop simulation system can simulate hybrid powertrain well and meet the requirements of hybrid powertrain system development.
