Abstract :
Mobile ad hoc networks consist of nodes that are susceptible to failure. The nodes and their connections to other nodes can fail at any point in time. To maintain effective communication, the nodes must have a way to quickly and reliably determine the path from source to destination without fear of being compromised by intruder nodes. In this paper, we present our scheme based on enhanced AODV protocol and use of GPS to quickly, efficiently and securely determine the location of a node and establish a communication link to it.
